How inflated are these scores?

Was wondering how inflated the scores on cognitivemetrics.com are. My verbal subtest performance is relatively lower (~110), and my GET score is 142, but I find it hard to believe that I'm remotely near 99.9th percentile in any cognitive ability metric. I took the AGCT a few months ago as my first FSIQ test, and starting doing CORE these past few days. I don't mean to come off as ignorant, but I wanted to know generally how I should interpret cognitivemetrics.com results and what they actually mean (if they mean anything) in practice.
