i think my bf(m18) has been focusing on his friends more than me(f18)

me and my bf have been together for about a year now. we’re both on summer break and have pretty much nothing going on.

i admit can get really clingy, and so we agreed on one hour of game time a day. apart from this we also call a bit, but mostly right before he takes a nap and so im just sitting there on call with him sleeping, with little or no interaction.

after i got mad for like the 5th time cause i asked to play and he said he was tired, and then i caught him with his friends, he finally admitted that he doesnt think he would like to call daily with me. i asked him if he just wanted to call occasionally and just text most of the time or if he didnt want any daily interaction at all, and he said he wasnt sure.

so the day before yesterday he said he could play minecraft with me, but then yesterday he said he didnt want to play, so i just let it go and let him play with his friends. today i asked again he said he just got back from the beach (which is a lie, i have his location, he got back like 30 min earlier). i was disappointed but just told him it was okay since i thought he was tired. then 10 minutes later i remember hes been putting this off for days (hes been doing the same thing with other games for months now too) so i asked him again. turns out within 10 minutes of him saying he couldnt play cause he just got home, he was playing with his friends instead. he told me to wait while he finds a way to ditch his friends, and then just stops responding half way through. hes done this before, and i know it was going to take at least half an hour before we play, and we would only play for like 20 min before he finds a reason to leave again.

so i confronted him about the discrepancy in his story, to which he says what he meant earlier was to give him some time before we play and that i misunderstood.

me: i asked if we’re still playing today, less than 10 min later ur already with ur friends

him: im a liar, im sorry just didnt want you to get mad because i was gonna play with someone else like you usually do

him: goodbye

we have a date tomorrow that i really dont want to go to anymore. im thinking of breaking up with him as i dont feel he wants to even hang out with me anymore. ive already talk to him about my feelings to which he just said that he needs more space and that i get really jealous.
