Boots slightly big with inserts

I have a pair of Ningo square toe Cowboy boots that I love. Been wearing them recently and noticed that my heel raises up slightly, only about half an inch. They have inserts and such, but is it okay to wear them? I haven't had any problems with blisters or anything of the sorts.
