About Rem Pillow…

After playing rem for a while, it felt a little odd to me that he gets the same amount of cooldown reduction for tossing his pillow at the wave vs. hitting an enemy hero with it.

Personally, I feel like it should give more cooldown reduction if he hits an enemy hero with it (and maybe less if he doesn’t to balance it out).

Do you think this would be a good tweak for rem pillow?
