Cebu traffic and Oceanjet schedules

I'm from the other island, how bad ang traffic sa cebu if gikan sa Carcar 2:00 pm to Cebu City pier? Makaya raba abot sa last trip sa oceanjet na 6:40 pm? I would very much appreciate your replies kay booked na akong pauli and I'm kinda worried about the traffic.
