Lowk scared

Im getting a vibrator next weekend. i want to use it but i dont know if itll work for me. ive been on E since last December and i have a small chest (idk if thats a good indicator for how long ive been on E). Ive also read from here that my shi down there starts to smell like the other part but i dont notice anything apart from a slight feminine smell, i cant even get wet and ive been on E for 6 months in 3 days!
Might be overthinking this but pls help me out, thank you.
