Am I Screwed? Withdrawal and Plan B

I M(29), hooked up with a girl last night. She said she had an IUD at the time of hooking up, but she texted me today saying she actually wasn’t on any birth control (she lied) but she took a Plan B at 9am. Obviously I was very hurt/scared that I was lied to as I take safe sex very seriously. I always want to use the “buddy system” of 2 preventative measures.

I wasn’t able to get very hard during this encounter, so I had trouble actually penetrating, so it was mainly genital rubbing (outercourse) But the Tip was in at some point. I was able to ejaculate after enough outercourse away from the vulva/vagina (I made sure to do it early) I also don’t have precum when I have sex/masturbate. (I have issues penetrating without lube even when erect) But perhaps there’s precum that’s technically there but has been undetectable through my life

She told me she has irregular periods, so it’s hard to say when exactly her ovulation window is. (she did say she feels bad that she lied.)

Our Convo before hooking up:

Me: “Are you on Birth Control?”
Her: “Yes”
Me “Do you have an IUD?”
Her: “Yes”
Me: “Thanks for telling me, it’s important to me”
Her: “It’s good that you care about safe sex”

*I then proceeded to trust her*

I’m just looking for a “How fucked am I?” Also, wondering if I just ask her to go for a Copper IUD. I called my friend who is a doctor, and he said that I shouldn’t worry about it that Pull Out + Plan B is very effective

If you’re reading this, and you’re a man, please wear a condom (even just for STDs) unless you really trust her; for your sanity. I know there’s a lot of great girls out there who would never do this to a guy. It sucks because I really don’t have much success in dating (Sex itself is rare) At this point in my life, I just want to be with my future wife (I’m single currently), and I messed up. I think about and pray for her everyday, and I may have lost my only dream in life before I leave this Earth; to be truly in love and have a wonderful life together with her. It’s tough to resist when a pretty girl talks to you first, and is really into you. I wouldn’t have done any genital to genital contact if I knew she wasn’t on any birth control; I never ever want to have unprotected sex. I’ve read through the posted comment, and am pretty well-read on sexual education. It seems the danger is if pre-cum got in the vagina, she was currently ovulating (Plan B wouldn’t work), and fertilization occurs.

TL, DR: Outercourse with some tip in (I struggled to get an erection) Finished away from Vulva/Vagina Area. Unknown Ovulation Window (irregular cycle, her last period was 2 weeks ago, which is a scary timeframe) she lied saying she had an IUD (she’s not any birth control), but she did take a Plan B morning after. (She told me later in the day) Am I screwed? Do I suggest a Copper IUD?
