Die-Off and Rectal discharge

Hi everyone, I’ve been dealing with this situation for 10 months now. My symptoms include gas, stomach noises, movement sensations in the abdomen, fluctuating stool consistency, No pain, No swelling and the absolute worst part—clear, odorless watery mucus that constantly leaks without stopping (especially when I'm moving).

I did every possible test, and finally, a few days ago, I took a SIBO breath test. I tested positive; at the 120-minute mark, the result was 49 ppm hydrogen.

Naturally, I started treatment: Rifaximin 1200 mg/day and Avarino 180 mg/day. I am currently at the end of day 3. Today I had diarrhea, whereas the last time I had it was 3 weeks ago. My question is, could this be the 'die-off' effect?

Also, regarding the mucus—can this happen with SIBO? It’s really excessive, stains my clothes, and always feels wet.
