Can I have a small iced coffee?

I've never had any caffeine before just out of the risk (other than sips of friends drinks but never lots), but I have a very long day today and got no sleep (seperate issue), I really don't want to risk anything but am genuinely so tired. I'm 16 btw if that makes a difference.
