Horrid Airbnb hosts charging extra and behaving rudely.

I (F,19)was staying at an Airbnb in Mumbai bandra w my friends mother (50),my frnd was busy and couldn’t shift her mother into the Airbnb cuz she had her bar exam that day due to which I helped her out.her mother insisted me to stay cuz it got late and later that day when we ordered food and was going outside to pick it a huge cat was sitting outside our door,the host did not mention having a cat there and my frnds mother is highly allergic to it and was having a panic attack i called them to ask them if they could take her away the guy (host) said it’s a calm cat And there is no one to help us rn and I was horrified.my frnds mother informed my frnd regarding the matter and said she wants to move out so my frnd called the host and the guy was very rude to her and said he would come talk to her mother regarding the matter at 1am.He came and was hella loud and was speaking really rudely and we told him we want to live and want the refund but he kept the 50% on top of that also asked us to pay 2500 cancellation fee. He brought his wife with him who was also really rude and said her having an allergy cuz of cats is a personal issue and they can’t help.they kept shouting screaming at us so my frnds mother called her son on the line (who is an advocate) and the dude was speaking so calmly with him and not us and then he took the phone on the call to a separate room and locked the door then I told ritika the wife that why did he go inside i want to listen to whats going on to which she says sorry we don’t offer that on our property wtf? And also said this is not an entertainment I was like bro I just want to know what he is telling my frnds brother cuz they were lying to him said that we didn’t call for any help and shit when we did and they told us no we can’t help you rn. They also said that they will kick us out if we do not pay the cancellation fee in the middle of the night at 2am.
