Can I get an job abroad with no CS degree, just online courses and prompt engineering skills?

Hi, I have a basic bachelor's degree in Science (general B.Sc., not CS). I'm really interested in AI.

Right now, I know basic prompt engineering and I'm comfortable using various AI tools effectively. I want to develop my skills further in this field.

My question is, Can I get a job abroad (e.g., Europe, US, Canada, etc.) without a formal college degree in AI/CS? Will online course certificates (like from Coursera, Udemy, etc.) be considered valid?

If I gain knowledge and skills in AI entirely through self-learning (no college), can I still land a job abroad?

Would love to hear from anyone who has done this or knows the ground reality. Thanks
