Why Crosstrek?

Hello all. Trying to get an understanding why people love their Crosstreks and what makes it a popular car in the last few years. I'm in the market for a new car and leaning towards a Crosstrek Onyx over the Premium. Please let me know the pros and cons. I would like to hear specifically from those who have the 3rd generation Crosstreks. Thank you.
