Buyer Beware: My Experience with TaikangBio

I wanted to share my recent experience with TaikangBio so others can make their own informed decisions.

My first order with them started off smoothly. They offered a $5 discount per item, which was enough to convince me to give them a try. The total order was around $2,000 USD, paid entirely in cryptocurrency.

After payment, it took about one week before they shipped the order and provided tracking information. Initially, I wasn't too concerned, but the package has now been stuck at customs since May 21st, and tracking updates have completely stopped.

I've been in contact with their customer service multiple times. Their response has consistently been that their manager or boss does not want to approve a reshipment until there is official confirmation that customs has seized the package. Meanwhile, the package has shown no movement for weeks.

What makes this more frustrating is that during this same period, I placed two separate orders with another supplier, and both packages have already cleared customs and arrived without issues.

I've ordered from several pep suppliers in the past, and in my experience, if tracking hasn't moved for more than a week or two, most reputable vendors will proactively reship while the situation is investigated. Customs processing usually takes a few days, not 3–4 weeks with no updates at all.

I'm not saying everyone will have the same experience, but based on my order:

• ~$2,000 order paid in crypto
• Took about a week to ship
• Tracking stopped after reaching customs on May 21
• No reshipment offered despite weeks of no movement
• Other vendors' shipments passed customs during the same timeframe

Just wanted to share my experience for anyone considering ordering from TaikangBio. If anything changes or the package eventually arrives, I'll update this post.
