CARS TIPS PLEASE.

I have tried everything and while I did find a technique that’s working for me I feel like my actual issue is just not actually caring enough to fully understand the passage. If it’s a hard art passage or something economics, the words just fumble in my brain. I’ve tried reading it enthusiastic and also in a British accent to keep myself focused but i can never understand it. If there’s any advise or strange tips pls lmk 😭
