Worried about my meds and if they’re being counterproductive (16M)
Diagnostics
Autism, ADHD, HIP… (Depression and anxiety technically not officially diagnosed)
Meds
i started Wellbutrin in december for my major depression (+sleeping 14hrs a day), Lexapro in february for depression and anxiety, Trazodone around that same time for anxiety induced insomnia and foquest in march for my executive dysfonction i can’t seem to fix. Now, i am on 300mg, 10mg, +/-50mg and 45mg in that same order.
In the past, i’ve been on vyvanse, concerta and strattera (all ranging far in doses).
Context
I dropped out of my school year in march because i kept skipping class (school never was great for me even though my grades were, lost a ton of friends months prior everything, it became unbearable) and was too much behind. Anyway, i’ve been alone at home since the end of march with no job or real hobby, purpose, reason to get up in the morning, etc. . Applied for jobs recently and getting services to help with that, it’s being handled. I love baking and making food but it is excruciating getting myself to clean up (frozen for hours).
Concerns
I kinda don’t know who i am anymore..? My mood is practically different everyday. I get anxiety and am extremely overwhelmed when i’ve started a stupid project that is unnecessary and makes a mess. My executive dysfonction is getting so bad and foquest isn’t even working. I feel almost sedated in the day. I keep telling myself that if i damage my brain enough with weed (for exemple) i’ll get dumber and number and it’ll be better. The second i think about the things i should do, the things i’ve done wrong, what i could do right or how i somehow damage every relationship (not necessarily romantic) i have. I tend to blame all the bad stuff on my meds somehow and there’s always a problem not being fixed, either in my head or environment.
Nothing more is coming to my head right now but if anyone has any remarks or concerns about maybe interactions, i’d be glad to hear some.
