How long till bags will be colonized?

I’m doing my first grow in ready rice bags with Golden Teacher and Ochra. My bags were inoculated nearly 3 weeks ago and have been happily colonizing in their incubator at the recommended temp. I’m afraid to mess anything up by attempting break-and-shake, so just wondering how long they’ll probably take to fully colonize without breaking and shaking? I used liquid cultures, and did 0.5 mL in half the bags and 1.0 mL in the others just to experiment. Some of the bags already feel over 50% colonized, some about 1/3. I’m also trying to figure out how often I should check them so that they don’t get over-colonized, but I don’t disturb them more than necessary?
