What are your demands?

Today I was hanging out with my elder brother at his house. His wife was not around so it was just the two of us. Then someone called. It was a new number. He didn't want to pick but I urged him to do so. Then the first thing the caller says without even introductions is, "We... ...have your children." That felt weird and I was a bit tense same to bro. Then my bro asks, "What are your demands?" A small pause then the caller a bit irritated answers, "Are you crazy? This is the daycare, we closed 45 minutes ago. Come get these kids!!"
