To call in or not to call in?

Do u guys call in sick if you feel like u won’t get enough sleep to work your shift? For example it’s 1am right now. I have to be up in 4.5 hours for my 12hr shift. And I am WIDE AWAKE. Like no ounce of sleepiness whatsoever… i always feel guilty calling in “sick” when it’s not truly a sickness. So idkk
Also im a part timer so my sick days aren’t even paid.. I just can’t escape the guilt.
