Favorite Training Videos for Novice Dancer?

There are soooo many resources available online that it can be exhausting searching and watching and sorting through them. I'm curious if any of you have any YouTube videos for drills or other resources that really helped you as a novice dancer. Links appreciated if possible. Thanks!
