Does Waterloo prioritize housing or stream choice?

As in, if I choose stream 8 but also choose CMH and UWP, will they end up deciding to put me in stream 4 as most people who get into CMH and UWP are stream 4 or will they decide to not let me into CMH and UWP as I chose stream 8? Because while I would really like to end up in one of those two, I'd prioritize stream 8 over that.

Also, what are some other good housing options? My main concerns is really the bathroom situation and maybe the size of the rooms? but mainly bathrooms.

BTW im someone who's gna be a first year at waterloo comp eng soon which is why I'm asking.
