Trouble with VGW AMOE?

Has anyone else been experiencing a consistent error message on the VGW AMOE submission today? I've tried LLC and LLS a total of four times tonight, and I keep getting hit with a message reading "something went wrong" right after photo submission (but before the selfie check).
