In my defence, making genuine long-term friends as an adult feels harder than it should be. Everyone seems busy, conversations fizzle out, and before you know it, you're back on Reddit wondering where all the people who actually enjoy talking have gone 😂.

So here I am again...

I'm 31 from the UK, alternative 🖤, a little nerdy, and hoping to find some genuine friendships that actually last. Not the kind where we exchange a few messages, learn each other's favourite colour, and then never speak again. I'm talking about the kind of friendship where messaging becomes part of your routine, and talking to each other feels effortless 🖤.

When I'm not losing track of time on Fallout 76 or GTA V (PS5).. or any other games that take my fancy, I'm usually disappearing into random YouTube rabbit holes or thinking about getting more tattoos (i have one booked for next week, and I'm super hyped). I love voice notes and calls because they're usually the point where someone stops feeling like a username and starts feeling like an actual friend 😌. I'm also a big fan of banter, a little sarcasm, and generally being a menace to the people I like 👀😅. 

Ideally, I'd like people around 24-35, although a little older is absolutely fine. Similar timezones would also make life easier unless your sleep schedule is held together with duct tape and caffeine 😂. I don't want to talk to anyone younger than 21 either, btw! Sorry.
