Is it worth taking Fresnel?

Exactly as the title states. Whenever I take Fresnel Lens, I find it more detrimental (less hp to work with, weaker Rests, anything that blocks becoming unenchantable) than beneficial (...2 extra block, and not even on the cards I already have). I guess I could see the angle on, say, an Ironclad block build? But at that point, it'd be better to just go for Adroit, or Fasten, instead of permanently crippling both your health and your potential deck.
