Periods delayed over 2 weeks need urgent advice!!

Hey , my periods is delayed almost for 2 weeks now..I had my last sex on March 29th ( protected ) ( also I lost my virginity in mid March) second day of my last period...I got it on 25th March around..

I got my( i feel like ) my periods on 24th April too around the expected date - flow was light...cramps were similar more or less same as it happens every time..

Now I was doing fine until my periods got delayed nd recently since 4-5 days back in having cramps increasing daily nd coming in waves .. i feel sth wet down there but when I check no periods ...

What , why it is happening!?

Also took a test yesterday I was hell terrified it came negative tho.

Please help !!
