Localized pain?

Hello everyone! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia back in 2024, and was wondering if anyone has experienced localized pain? I do not agree with the diagnosis and feel like my doctor may be incorrect. For context, my pain is on my right side lower rib cage area. That is the only spot it hurts and depending on how I’m laying down/sitting can increase the pain. Since I have been in pain 24/7 from that one spot I have developed additional symptoms like fatigue and brain fog (which I’m assuming is due to the constant pain). I have read of individuals with fibromyalgia having localized pain in certain spots but that go away after a few weeks and show up somewhere else. I’m really stumped and would love some guidance as I feel like my doctor is simply keeping me with that diagnosis. I’ve had mris and cat scans done and everything came back clear aside from having PMOS and fibroids. Any help, experience or guidance would be much appreciated. I would like to be able to live my life a little more again.
