[HIRING] Dubai — Content Creator / Real Estate Agent with an established social audience

We're a boutique luxury real estate agency in Dubai. We're hiring a content creator (or an agent who already runs a strong social channel) to produce lifestyle property content and connect with potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular high-quality video content (Reels, YouTube, shorts) featuring Dubai properties and lifestyle.
• Appear on camera as a recurring presenter for the agency's channels.
• Grow and engage the audience across your platforms and ours.
• Respond to inbound interest and pass qualified client enquiries to the sales team.
• Collaborate with our team on shoot planning and posting schedule.

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary: AED 10,000–30,000, set at hiring based on your audience size, portfolio, and experience (reviewed quarterly). No commission.
• Can be discussed separate budget for team/filming expences
• Medical insurance included.
• Work visa sponsorship available if required.
• Flexible hours; remote or in-office.

Requirements

• 10,000+ YouTube subscribers and/or 50,000+ Instagram followers (Telegram/TikTok a plus).
• Steady, genuinely engaged, growing audience.
• Strong video production skills and on-camera presence.
• English or Russian fluency (both ideal).
