As a part time employee should I be upset about this hour cut

So I’m working part time at this hospital for almost 2 years for a couple months I was only getting about 40 to 50 hours but then after a while they just started to give me more hours 60 to sometimes 70 hours in till eventually I just got 80 hours like a full time employer in till eventually someone new management got involved and starting hire new people and my hours got cut by 20 hours
