Keratinization doubt.

Im 19 circumcised 10 years ago.

some moths after cut till now there is a layer(brown as my shaft is also brown) spreading from all sides towards the opening.

the process has been extremely slow but now the layer is reaching the opening. Im scared if the layer will block the opening.

the layer is brown, kinda rough snd dry, doesnt blend with pink glan as its just over it like a little distinct from the glan skin itself.

can anyone tell if its keratinization or something serious
