ADA violation? OKC, OK

My employer denied my request for reasonable accomodation without ever looking at my doctor's note. The accomodation i was requesting was to maintain my schedule as it has been for the past year. My hours were cut immediately after I asked about fmla policy. I am autistic and this deviation in routine is devastating for me.
