Condo unit in BGC

Hi!! Can anyone recommend a small condo unit (studio/1br) in BGC that I can rent? I start working in July and I can move in August onwards. Kahit po December pa or next year available yung unit, i’ll be willing to wait.

Budget: 12k max.
