Adjustable rev limiters?

Would be an amazing addition. You would gain access when you upgrade the ECU, could have hard and soft cut limiters, and be able to adjust the time and rev dip between the cuts. Wouldn't affect car performance, but would be a perfect addition considering how much you can tune the cars already.
