Is third internationale op?

I know it's a silly question, but I don't have much experience in this mod and want to hear opinions on the game.

Well, the thing is, whenever i play any country usually the reichspakt is really weak, for real, Red France absolutely destroys Germany, Red Italy and UoB are also really strong for themselves, so when i want to have a hard time i join either reichspakt or entente, and when i do it, i just can't stand a chance against the internationale, it's fun, not gonna lie, that's why i play the third internationale when i want a world domination run, and reichspakt for a hard survival time, i think every faction is unique for every situation you want to get into.

Btw, most of the time i buff the reichspakt se they can give any fight but even with that France destroys them, so it's kinda confusing.
