Don't buy from HGWorld!!!

I ordered a PXN A7 shifter from HGWorld since it was cheaper than amazon(28th May, 2026). I didn't mind paying an extra 100rs for faster shipping as they said it'll only take 2-3 days. But guess what, my product was not shipped for 6 days... I called them and they finally shipped it. Got the package on 5th june. With a caveat, the product was not mine, it was a bunch of PS4 cables that someone else ordered. Fine, I called the customer support(I call and choose sales related queries, thanks to some redditor who said they will only answer if you choose that). They asked me for the unboxing video, I sent them. Called them again and they said they will set up a pickup and I will get a docket number. Nothing happened on 5th june. I called them on 6th june, they had done nothing, they asked me for my address, I gave them and they told me I'll get the docket number for pickup the same evening. Nothing happened, today(8th june) I called them 6 or 7 times, they didn't pick my call.

So in total, after paying for a premium faster delivery

I had to call them 30+ times so far.

I wonder what it takes to finally receive the product I actually ordered or a refund
