People will try to project their behaviors on you

Didn’t come to this realization until literally afterwards and I remembered certain things that were said or things they did and they were trying to project whatever they felt onto me, any kind of negativity they wanted me to experience it. Which is crazy, but it’s real. Because It’s pretty much like that phrase where they say “misery loves company” and it’s SOOOO TRUE
