I've seen my husband beating his adult brother in an extremely violent manner

I have also personally witnessed him repeatedly hitting and elbowing, and slapping on face his adult brother in an aggressive and violent manner. These incidents have caused me severe fear and ongoing concern for my physical safety and wellbeing within the matrimonial household.

Is there anything at all I can do with this incident to help myself legally?
(i am also planning to divorce my husband)
