How much do you put aside for maintenance/repair costs?

I'm looking at this 2018 Golf R with 122km on the odo for $27k CAD. A little pricey but the CPO status makes me feel better about it. I'm trying to figure out whether I can afford this upgrade and I can't seem to figure out a good estimate of how much I should expect to spend per year on expected and unexpected costs.
