How reliable have the b9s been?

I’m still in high school and I’m interested in buying a b9 s5 sport back prestige I found a 110k mile (I know very high) one owner example in the spec I want, I got the insurance quote monthly car payment blah blah for it but reliability is still questionable.

Some of said it’s very reliable and can handle stage 2 w no major issues while others said avoid because or rocker arms, I like everything about the car and I know a lot about it just besides the rocker arms issue.
