Sebderm on my armpits area?

33M I suffered from sebderm since I was 25, mostly in my scalp and nose area. I have some spots in my armpits and groin area that might be seb derm (they’re red and itchy). I can’t go visit a dermatologist in this period due to financial difficulties, is there anybody who can help me? Thank you!
