How to avoid getting caught

I have some bud and I wanna smoke for the first time but I can’t anything soon with friends and I heard alone is quite relaxing. Just planning on going down to the park once my parents r asleep. How do I make sure I don’t get caught (mainly just the smell I’m worried about). I can’t randomly get in the shower at 12 am and I don’t want my room smelling of it from my clothes and on me
Also any tips on making it an enjoyable time?
