• Incoming NU Manila student (BS Psych)
• Working student (permanent work-from-home setup)
• Decent, clean, and responsible tenant
• Non-smoker

✅ Modern, neat, or condo-style setup
✅ Stable electricity and internet availability
✅ Enough space for a desk and computer workstation
✅ Walking distance or one ride to NU Manila
