Unknown purchase was made with a card not created by uncle

My Uncle looked at his bank app and noticed a purchase that was under a card number he doesn’t have. He came to me for help guiding him on what to say when he calls his bank. However, I’m also a bit unsure as this is the first time I’ve heard someone have a card they don’t recognize.
