Need suggestions to improve subreddit and make it more welcoming for the new users.

Hey there, this is my subreddit r/OpenActi , it is subreddit for our App we are developing but also for all the tech related people. I'm posting daily something but not sure what to do to make it reach to few people and actually grow the community.

All the feedback, critics, suggestions are appreciated.
