Looking for Plex/Emby users to beta test an Alexa music skill

Hello,

I am looking for a small number of beta testers for an Alexa skill called Ear Wax.

Ear Wax connects Alexa to your personal music collection stored on Plex or Emby and allows you to control playback using simple voice commands.

Some of the current features include:

• Play artists, albums, tracks, genres, and playlists
• Random music and shuffle support
• Resume playback and queue management
• Works with Plex
• Works with Emby
• Works on Amazon Echo devices and other Alexa-enabled speakers

My goal:

You own your music. You should be able to play it by voice without relying on a streaming service.

I am currently in the final stages of testing before public release and I'm looking for users who:

• Have Plex or Emby
• Have an Alexa-enabled device
• Are willing to provide honest feedback

The skill is free during beta testing.

If you're interested, reply here or send me a direct message.

Thanks for your time.
