Dealing with a bad cocaine comedown

Feeling super depressed, and my self worth feels like it’s -100. This has happened before but never this bad. I already have really bad self esteem issues, now I genuinely do not even wanna go outside and be perceived as a human. Idk there’s a lot i’m feeling right now but i can’t type it all. Anyone been through this ? Just gotta thug it out ?
