[Book] Textbook of Biochemistry with Clinical Correlations by Thomas M. Devlin, 5th edition or more recent

Libgen has the 4th edition from 1997 http://gen.lib.rus.ec/book/index.php?md5=7CDDA7F51B9416C3BFD8E8CBCF166984 and I would like to know if any of you have a more recent edition avaliable. Spanish version also accepted but not necessarily prefered.
