Slight pain in my right testicle… no idea why

21M | 6’4” | 200lbs. No diagnoses, no medication. Sometimes take multivitamins. Yesterday evening I noticed gradually increasing pain in my right testicle specifically. I would describe it as moderate at times when coming into contact with things like my leg. Sensitivity varies. At rest pain is nonexistent. Today it was fine most of the day especially after taking Advil. Was able to work my physical job and go swimming just fine. Tonight though the pain returned. Also should mention that my left and right testicles no longer sit evening, with my right riding noticeably higher. Not anything extreme but still noticeable. The pain is tolerable and not ER worthy but still makes me uncomfortable considering how sensitive it is.
