LG G5 Open Box - Good deal or pass?

There’s an LG G5 Open Box at my local Best Buy. The posting mentions it is in “fair” condition. I headed there today about 10 mins before they close but I was able to get the following:

• TV was on display albeit it’s short of 3000 total power on hours.
• On a quick glance, I was not able to observe any noticeable burn in (the G6 next to it already had some burn in, yikes!). I plan to run some tests tomorrow is possible.
• TV is missing the remote, stand and power cable. They mention they will include the power cable and remote as they have plenty.
• Price: $2,455.

Should I take the gamble?
