Home job gone to shit🤬 any insight would be appreciated

Hey all I have a 2010 528i (e60) and spent way longer then I should have replacing the valve cover since it just hit 100k miles. I am what some would call retarded and plugged everything back in but the coolant pump😂😂🔥 I drove two blocks before realizing but then it was empty, I filled it back up and started flushing it when I got a low battery warning, figured it was because flushing may use more battery then normal. Drove 2 blocks after all the coolant bizz was done and my car turns off while driving, after sitting for a few minutes it turned back on for a few seconds and is now completely dead. I’m thinking the coolant probably fried the current alternator but curious if anyone has any other ideas
