Help Upgrading my Anti-Tribal Tribal Dragons Deck

Hello strangers,

I built this deck on a budget when I was like 16 but it's just super clunky and can't really do its thing. It's a secret commander deck with Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund as the secret commander. The whole goal is to make at least one opponents entire board dragons and then steal them by casting Karrthus. It is supposed to be jank so I am not expecting an high power play but I thought it was a fun and different take on dragons.

No budget or anything, I would just like to make it at least a bit more consistent. I am open to any changes, including for the commander and color changes as well incase someone has a cool idea that isn't WUBRG.
