Wall Switch > Remote Switches

I have a room with a 4-panel rocker switch. Two of them control all the lights in the room - about 20 in total. The other two are outside lights. These switches are not well placed, and I always need to enter the room from one side because the other side has no switches.

So, I would like to take the two rockers out of their bays in the wall and replace them with some sort of remote that replaces the rockers with an RF sensor (not smart / not internet that I need to have my phone with me)... I would like to then have two other RF-remote switches I can attach to the wall next to both doors to control the lights.

I am aware that this would be two switches to 'replicate/replace' the original two... and now really 4 switches - two per old switch.

I can not find the right product. I have googled / looked at Amazon and Home Dept - but not confident about the exact item. Could someone help point me in the right direction? Thank you in advance.
